Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on project status, contractual obligations, and work already completed.

2. Training Programs

Participants may cancel registration before the scheduled start date.

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy.

3. Webinar Registrations

Webinar registrations may be cancelled before the scheduled event date.

Access provided to recordings or materials may make the registration non-cancellable.

4. Subscription Services

Where applicable, subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not generate refunds for the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

5. Company Rights

VASS Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services, training programs, webinars, or events due to operational requirements, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
